I recently decided to turn my front room into a home gym. I obviously wanted to protect my flooring and was looking for a good option for that. These gym mats are exceptional. They are super easy to install and fit together perfectly. I even had to cut a few to fit in the corners. They are easy to work with and would highly recommended. The cushion and thickness is ideal, reminds me of being at my local gym.

These are heavy duty. I have covered my whole workout room in these. My wife gets on her knees and back on these and has just the right amount of padding to be comfortable. Highly recommend.
This was very easy to assemble and made a very nice area in our basement for a workout area.
