This was the fourth order for these specific mats. Unfortunately, they are thicker than the other mats and have a slight color variation (darker). I had verified it was the same product as the previous three that were purchased over the last few months.
Do a good job protecting our wood floors
Product arrived promptly, was securely packaged, and observed to be free from initial observed defects. I found that in testing the product interlocked easily but I found myself wanting a thicker foam. I used this in a closet with a rug and definitely believe use on a hard floor is preferred. If you are going to use with a rug, I would really opt for thicker version. Also, an aesthetic point - I think solid block is a cleaner look to this white flake appearance. In terms of the foam quality, completely acceptable.
This is a dense and thick foam pad. I like that it's all the same color and it looks very good put together it's about a quarter inch thicker than some other pads that we've used. It's very durable but it does have a slight rubbery smell to it. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the price, I haven't priced similar pads but I feel like It may be a little expensive for the size that you get.
